By using this website or booking an appointment with Dr Biva’s Integrated Wellness Centre (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our services

We provide Ayurvedic consultations, Panchakarma, Naturopathy and traditional wellness therapies, at our centre and as online video consultations. Information on this website is for general awareness and is not a substitute for a consultation with our doctor.

2. Appointments

• Please give correct name, age, mobile number and email while booking; confirmations are sent to these.
• A booking is confirmed after successful payment (or after we confirm it for pay-at-centre / bank transfer).
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for centre visits and keep your booking reference ready.

3. Fees & payments

• Fees are shown before you pay and may include taxes and a platform / payment-gateway charge where applicable.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card or UPI details.
• Coupons and offers follow their own conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Medical information

• Please tell the doctor about your health conditions, medicines, allergies and pregnancy before any treatment.
• Results of treatment vary from person to person; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• For emergencies, contact the nearest hospital – our online consultation is not an emergency service.

5. Conduct at the centre

We follow strict hygiene standards. We may refuse or stop a treatment if it is unsafe for you, or in case of misbehaviour with our staff or other patients.

6. Cancellations & refunds

7. Privacy

We use your details only to manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data. Health information you share is kept confidential.

8. Website content

Text, photos and logos on this website belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
